Interested in Becoming a Volunteer Firefighter?

Hosted By East Grand County Fire Protection District #4 | Cause: Community

Interested in joining a team of amazing volunteers dedicated to the preservation and protection of the residents and visitors to the Fraser Valley?
East Grand Fire relies upon our dedicated volunteer members, who are willing to commit the time necessary to cover the number of diverse emergency calls we receive. In fact, similar to the national average, our department is made up by 80% volunteers.
We respond to structure fires, automobile collisions, hazardous materials incidents, wildland fires, fire alarms, medical assists, and public assistance calls. This variety of calls provides you with an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the field of Fire and Emergency Services, while providing a valuable service to the local community.
We welcome you to stop in to observe our bi-monthly trainings on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the Month at 6:00 pm. Please understand that due to the nature of the services we provide, this is just an opportunity to watch and learn about all the cool things that we do, meet the crew and gather information. Hands on participation is not allowed due to the high level of training required, but if you join the team we will provide you with all the tools you need to become a part of the our Fire Family!

Hope to see you there!
